Here are a few different ways for you to get involved in Hoopfest.
Signage on one backboard at Hoopfest. Your logo/desired message will be produced on a backboard used for playing during Hoopfest weekend; all references to courts are by court sponsor name.
Two complimentary tickets to the annual Tip-Off Party.
Enjoy the NCAA Men's Division One championship game with 500 other fans on a giant screen. (court sponsors are only given two tickets, see below)
Recognition on court maps.
Recognition in the Hoopfest event guide, distributed to all participating teams and sold at the event.
Four complimentary tickets to the Sponsor Tent during Hoopfest weekend.
Recognition in The Arkansas Democrat Gazette when Hoopfest thanks all sponsors for their participation. The Arkansas Democrat Gazette has a daily circulation of over 122,000 newspapers.
One complimentary team entry in Hoopfest (value up to $116), subject to submission of a completed entry form prior to designated deadlines.
Satisfaction in knowing you are supporting a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that has donated over $410,000 to local charities, principally Special Olympics. Your court sponsor payment is tax deductible, subject to charitable donation limitations established by law.
Sponsor identification specifically tied to one to-be-determined element of Hoopfest (i.e., contest court or festival activity).
Enhanced recognition in the event guide (i.e. 1/2 page contest court advertisement) and during Hoopfest weekend regarding your specific area of affiliation (please note that all general sponsor recognition will refer to you as a court sponsor).
